RECTIFIER MONITORING BOARD
MODEL HCSECM

The HCSECM monitor can be added to a new rectifier or retrofitted into an existing power supply. It lets you know if your rectifier is working and can power an on site light or other indicator as well as a remote enunciator. It is easy to install and will operate off 120 or 240 VAC. The rectifier's shunt can be monitored as well as the output voltage. If voltage is present but current is not flowing, a problem exists with the header cables or anode bed.

INPUT: Monitor up to two circuits' voltage or current. Shunt(s) being monitored can be either in the positive or the negative output of the power supply (except when the HCSECM is powered by a DC voltage source). This unit can monitor up to two circuits and will produce a contact closure whenever the monitored voltage or current falls below the set point. An indicating LED tells when the circuit is in an activated state. Finger controls are provided on board for easy adjustment.

INPUT POWER REQUIREMENTS: 12 Volts DC, 120 Volts AC or 240 Volts AC, single phase, 50 or 60 Hz.

OUTPUT: Two sets of potential free RELAY contacts, COM, NC, and NO capable of switching up to 2 amps DC at 30 volts or 0.6 amps at 110 VAC.
